GLOBAL AGILITY AND INFLUENCING

Managers working in global matrix organisations need to be able to identify the key players and influence very different kinds of stakeholders, internally and externally. In this workshop, you learn how to increase your influencing skills and ability to lead and influence without formal authority.

You will build on the Global Agility – Key Skills workshop by learning:


  • How to identify key stakeholders and gain their commitment on an actual project you are working on now How to expand and deepen your range of styles to influence others without positional power
  • How to expand and deepen your range of styles to influence others without positional power
  • How to engage and influence a team-member in an unfamiliar, remote cultural setting
  • How to maximise the advantages that collective intelligence can bring to problem-solving
  • How to mix customer responsiveness to technical excellence when handling a global project

In this 1-Day workshop, you will experience the power of signature TCO International case activities such as the Influencing Agility Questionnaire, The Remote Sales Manager in China and The Voltavia Project.
