DIGITALISATION MANAGEr
As digitalisation manager, I have been collaborating with TCO for the past years to develop our IT strategy, enhancing our ability to promote and deliver our services to clients. I am also currently focusing on TCO’s GDPR compliance.
Previously, I was involved in managing its social media strategy, in addition to creating and managing TCO’s first blended learning platform.
I have also worked on a series of projects on managing virtual teams which gave me the opportunity to develop my cross-cultural understanding while adapting our learning solutions to suit clients’ needs.
I am a bilingual professional brought up in a bi-cultural environment and with substantial international exposure. I have a natural interest for international affairs and international dynamics which resulted in a BA in Political Sciences but also in attending a number of Model United Nations conferences where I excelled in finding winning solutions. These experiences helped me to develop my ability in active listening and in finding synergies between different positions and culturally linked behaviors.
Following an MA in International Politics and Diplomacy which enhanced my understanding of international dynamics and sharpened my analytical thinking, I invested in specializing as a language trainer while fostering my cross-cultural knowledge with an accreditation in intercultural training and my interpersonal intelligence with a course in NLP.
Language trainer, translator and consultant since 2010, I also teach English at the University of Padova where I have been involved in wide range of courses, both aimed at students and university staff to train it to manage foreign students better. I am also a translator and am currently involved in the creation of elearning material using the latest web standards.
