We are pleased to invite you to join our free virtual workshop
‘Agility in a Post-COVID Working Environment: The Challenge of Managing Distance’
Wednesday, 20th May at 1.00pm BST
In partnership with HSBC, we have designed a 90-minute facilitated web workshop on strategic thinking in the face of disruptive change.
We all have been through (and are still going through) the ultimate test for our agility: the most universal VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) moment in recent memory.
There have been major disruptions to our lives, and this new ‘emerging’ reality is likely to prove a game-changer as distance, isolation and increasing territorialism has an increasing impact on the way we work and travel.
For example, distributed and flexible working is likely to be here to stay, and mobility assignments will involve more significant periods of cross-border working at a distance. Put simply, we will need to learn to create ‘presence’ despite our physical ‘absence’ from each other.
The workshop will provide the opportunity to:
• Explore possible responses to 3 major challenges in a post-Covid world; how to mobilise talent, conduct virtual teamwork and show effective (virtual) leadership
• Share experience and create insights with fellow professionals across organizational and geographical boundries
• Take practical insights back to our teams and organisations as we reinvent ourselves for an uncertain future
Who is the workshop for:
• HR professionals
• Mobility professionals
• Learning & Development managers
• Team leaders
• Organisational development experts
Plus, everyone with a role in shaping your organisation’s adaptation to a post-COVID world of work and who want to start shifting from survival to opportunity & innovation.
There are limited places for this event, it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. We do hope you can make it, if not forward this invitation to a colleague or friend of yours that you believe will benefit.
