The Global Players Programme (GPP) quickly moved from a first-hand experience in HR to a personal investment in my own development. Serendipitously the timing synced to my first role with global responsibility and the GPP led by Marianna was pivotal at this point in my career.
She leveraged the embedded program resources (International Profiler + Country Navigator) to thoughtfully provoke conversation and reflection that enabled me to focus on key competencies necessary for success in my global role.
