At TCO International we have a long history of helping individuals and organizations achieve success on a global scale. We started in Cambridge, England, in the 1990s helping individuals acquire the international communication skills needed to work across borders in Europe. Then in the 2000s, we switched gears, set up a sister company in Italy and started helping organizations build their people skills to deliver on their global strategies.

In the past 5 years with organizations facing increasing complexity and unpredictability, we have been focusing on projects that bring people together and make connections, whether at the individual, team, or organizational level. Regardless of the context, our purpose has remained the same: to design and deliver projects that make a tangible but sustainable contribution to uniting people across the three Ds: Diversity, Distance and Disruption.
