Head of the Coaching Practice, Marianna leads a global network of 50+ executive coaches. With a decade of experience fostering global agility, she's a systemic coaching expert and a certified PCC coach. Marianna innovates leadership development, emphasising cross-cultural transitions and first-time leaders, contributing significantly to D&I initiatives. Based in Turin, she speaks Italian and English fluently.
David Trickey
A TCO International Partner and co-founder is a recognised expert in developing intercultural collaboration. He has significantly contributed to the field by developing innovative tools like the Team Trust Indicator and the Influencing Agility Indicator. Having led hundreds of projects, David now uses that experience to support international leadership teams in developing their own maturity as a team and in shaping the organisational culture around them. David works in both English and Italian.
Memfi Sappa
A facilitator and expert in multicultural team building and leadership development, uses her Italian heritage and global experience in every project she runs in TCO. Specialising in cross-cultural awareness, personal branding, and motivation, she utilises her theatrical improv background to inspire and engage. Memfi's work with major multinationals and her contribution to diversity & inclusion supports her commitment to nurturing young global leaders. Based in Turin, she speaks fluent Italian and English.
Sabrina Trickey
TCO's Digital Learning & Design Specialist excels in melding AI with new technologies to enhance our programs into enjoyable learning experiences. She's the mastermind behind our engaging platforms as well as any tools utilised with our programs. Sabrina also looks after our branding, seamlessly integrating design and tech to elevate our internal and participant experiences.

The administrative and financial cornerstone at our company, adeptly managing our company’s day-to-day operations and fiscal responsibilities. Holding a Master's in Intercultural Communication and Adult Education, Bastian collaborates globally with leading companies and the United Nations to craft bespoke training programs. Fluent in German and English, he's based in Wroclaw, Poland

She's enhanced her skills through PRINCE2 mentorship, an Executive Master in Project Management and Agile Methodology, and PMI certification.
